Adult Basic Education
White Bear Lake Area Schools Community Services and Recreation Department, in cooperation with North St. Paul-Maplewood-Oakdale Community Education and Mahtomedi Community Education, offer full-service Adult Basic Education (ABE) programming for all area residents through Harmony Adult Education.
