Community Services Updates following Governor’s Executive Order

General information about each of our Community Services areas can be found below. Program registrants will receive communication directly from leadership team with additional information as needed.

  • Adult Basic Education (ABE):

    • ABE classes will continue virtually

  • Adults/Seniors:

    • Meals on Wheels will continue, following COVID-19 safety guidelines and social distancing measures

    • Footcare Service & Driving Safety Training courses will continue, following COVID-19 safety guidelines and social distancing measures

    • Social classes/clubs/gatherings suspended until January 4, 2021

  • Early Childhood and Bear FUNdamentals:

    • Early Childhood and Bear FUNdamentals programs are continuing as normal, following the Governor’s Executive Order, COVID-19 safety guidelines and social distancing measures

  • Facility Use:

    • District facilities closed to the public starting November 21 and remaining in effect until January 4, 2021.

  • School-Age Care

    • The following options are available for families:

  • Youth Enrichment/Development:

    • Youth enrichment and ACT Prep courses will continue, following COVID-19 safety guidelines and social distancing measures

    • Archery and Fencing Clubs are suspended until January 4, 2021

  • Youth Rec Sports & Middle School Sports

    • Youth Rec Sports & Middle School Sports are suspended until January 4, 2021
