Registration Information

Community Education and Recreation sends only email class confirmations. We will contact you if there are any changes. You must provide a telephone number so we can reach you if a class is cancelled at the last minute. Community Education assumes no responsibility for not reaching those who do not provide a telephone number.

To cancel your class registration, notify us immediately. Refunds are not issued after an in-person class has begun or, for online classes, if the class link and materials have been emailed to you already.

To receive a refund, minus a processing fee, you must withdraw from an activity at least 3 business days prior to the first day of the activity or before receiving online materials. Call 651-407-7501. Some exceptions apply.

Full refunds are given if a class is canceled. If you withdraw from a class, an administrative/processing fee will be charged.

• Classes under $50 have a $5 refund processing fee.
• Classes $50-$149 have a $10 refund processing fee.
• Classes $150-$399 have a $20 refund processing fee.
• Classes $400 and up have a $30 refund processing fee.

There are no prorated fees for classes.

WBLAS Community Education & Recreation is dedicated to providing learning opportunities for people of all ages. We have a limited amount of financial assistance available for families interested in our youth programs and classes. Financial help is available in several forms.

• Students enrolled in the Educational Benefits Program receive 25% or 50% discount on most classes by providing their Educational Benefits letter they received from Nutrition Services.
• If you have not qualified for the Educational Benefits Program, contact our office for additional financial assistance options.

The registration information you provide to White Bear Lake Area Schools Community Education and Recreation is considered private data under state and federal law. We use the information you provide for the purposes of administering the activity, to contact you about upcoming activities, events, or activity changes. While you may choose to withhold this information, this could limit the distribution of information to the participant or instructor (e.g., no team roster or class list).

Access to contact information is limited to individuals involved in the activity.
