Adult Enrichment

Providing members of our community with a variety of opportunities to engage in lifelong learning and connection. We offer high-quality, low-cost courses to increase skills, pursue passions and try new things.

We offer a wide variety of enriching classes and educational programs for adults of all ages. These fee-supported offerings are advertised in our Community Education & Recreation catalog, which is mailed to all WBLAS District residents in August, December and March. Interested in teaching adult enrichment classes for Community Education?

Are you passionate about a particular subject and enjoy teaching others? We are currently seeking instructors for our upcoming season! There is nothing more rewarding than sharing your knowledge with like-minded individuals and growing together. With our support, you'll have all the tools you need to succeed. We handle marketing, registration, facilities (if needed), class rosters and payment processing (including credit card fees), leaving you free to focus on what you do best. Your class participants will have access to our online platform for registration and our dedicated staff to assist them in signing up for your courses. The possibilities are endless!

Catalog Publication Schedule:

  • Fall (late Sept. - Dec.): Proposals are due in early May
  • Winter/Spring (Jan. - May): proposals are due by mid-October.
  • Summer (June - Aug.): proposals are due in early January.
