Providing Programming for Adults with Cognitive Disabilities
Our mission is to provide inclusive opportunities for adults with disabilities to build and maintain friendships, learn, serve, and become active members of the community.

Community Bridge Consortium provides adults with disabilities access to education, recreation, and social activities. We offer a variety of customized classes and activities for adults with Developmental Cognitive Disabilities (DCD). Classes are sponsored by the consortium members and held throughout the consortium area in schools and other community facilities.
Consortium Members: Mahtomedi, North St. Paul-Maplewood-Oakdale, Roseville Area, South Washington County Schools, White Bear Lake Area Schools Community Services and Recreation
