FLEX Summer Program - Community Services & Recreation

Summers at FLEX are full of endless fun!

Summer FLEX is all about youth choice and voice! Youth work in committees to plan everything from the daily snack to weekly field trips. We offer a wide variety of specialized activities to promote personal growth and success. Experiences and opportunities include: athletic tournaments and competitions, outdoor and indoor recreation, making new friends, service learning, cooking, weekly field trips, and a place to hang out.

All registrations will be accepted on a space available basis.
Contract changes will be accepted until March 31, 2024.

Summer 2024 FLEX- Need to Know Information

Enrollment is on a first come, first served basis. No registrations will be accepted from families that have an outstanding balance from the previous years.

Summer 2024 FLEX Registration Information

Registration Fee (March 1st- March 31st) : $30/child

Registration Fee after March 31st: $40/child

*Registration Fees are charged at the time of approval and are non-refundable.

2024 Summer Dates

Billing Information

Summer 2024 Invoicing:

6/12/24-6/30/24 on May 24, 2024 and will be due on June 15, 2024.
7/1/24-7/31/24 on June 28, 2024 and will be due July 15, 2024.
8/1/24-8/16/24 on July 26, 2024 and will be due on August 15, 2024.

*Any accounts with a past due balance as of June 5, 2024 will not be able to start first day of Summer 2024.

**Any accounts with a past due balance as of August 21, 2024 will not be able to start first day of School Year 2024-2025.

The Summer FLEX Program is self supported by user fees. Therefore, it is imperative that all fees are paid on time. Delinquent accounts are subject to removal from the Summer FLEX Program.

Fees may be paid with check, cash or credit card.

Important Pick Your Day Information:

To keep overall daily fees lower, no credits will be provided for dual enrollment in Summer learning programs.
Required to register for a minimum of 5 days in the summer.
Your Pick your Day Rate is locked in as of March 31, 2024 based on the number of days you have registered for in the system.
All Summer Pick Your Days need to be entered by March 31, any days added after March 31 until the first day of Summer will be added based on space available at your locked in Pick Your Day Rate.
Minimum of 5 days notice required to add/remove days, removing days could affect your Pick Your Day Rate.
Any days added after March 31, 2024, will be approved based on space available at the Drop In Rate of $58/day.
