Morning care will be held at the following locations: Matoska, Oneka, Otter and Vadnais.

All other elementary locations will be closed for morning session only and open for afternoon session. To determine where your child would attend the morning program, please see the list of schools below that will host morning  Bear Adventure Club.

• Matoska International will host:  Willow Lane, Lakeaires and Matoska students.

• Lakeaires and Willow Lane students will be bused from Matoska to Lakeaires and Willow Lane at 7:30 a.m.   Students enrolled in Matoska International will remain in the program until 8:30 A.M. when the bell rings.
   
• Oneka Elementary will host:  Oneka and North Star students. North Star students will be bused from Oneka to North Star at 7:30 a.m.
   
• Otter Lake Elementary will host:  Birch Lake, Lincoln and Otter Lake students. Birch Lake and Lincoln students will be bused from Otter Lake to Birch Lake and Lincoln at 7:30 a.m.
   
• Vadnais Heights Elementary will host Vadnais Heights students only.

If you are in need of morning care Bear Adventure Club and your child attends one of the
following schools; Birch Lake, Lakeaires, Lincoln, North Star, Willow Lane and Vadnais, please follow the steps below for registration.

**Parent/guardian drop-off at the child's designated host site by 7:20 am. There will be required to receive free transportation to the child's home school.**

Afternoon Bear Adventure Club will remain at all 9 elementary schools.

• One-time $30 registration fee - charged at time of registration. 
• All registrations are accepted on a space-available basis. 
• Registrations submitted after July 15, 2025 will have a one-time fee of $40.

Morning Bear Adventure Club Registration Information

• Identify your child's morning host site.
• Log in to your ARUX account to create a 2025-2026 contract.
• Create a morning contract at the host site, not the building your child attends school during the day.
• If your child also requires afternoon Bear Adventure Club,  please create a second contract at the building your child attends school.  In total you will create two contracts if your child needs both morning and afternoon Bear Adventure Club.
• If your child only requires afternoon Bear Adventure Club contracts can be made at the building your child attends school.

Consistent Contract Rates

Mix and match mornings and afternoons but requires consistent schedule from week to week.

Pick Your Day Contract Rates

Choose varying days each week, requires a minimum of 5 business days advance notice.

Drop-In Contract Rates

Occasional days as needed, requires minimum 24 business hours advance notice.

Non-School Day Rates

• $61.00/day if you register before the deadline, which is two weeks prior to the non-school day.
• $72.00/day if you register after the deadline, or less than two weeks prior to the non-school day.

Last Non-School day is April 27, deadline to register is April 13.
These days are not included in your contract. Please register through Arux.
Non-School Day Rates

$58.00/day if you register before the deadline, which is 2 weeks prior to the non-school day.

• $69.00/day if you register after the deadline, or less than 2 weeks prior to the non-school day.
   
• These days are not included in your contract. If you plan to use any of these days you will need to register for them through your  Bear Adventure Club contract in Arux. 
   
• If you are looking to only access programming on Non-School days, please register for a drop-in contract and select the Non-School Days needed. 
   
• Families can cancel after the deadline has passed until 7 business days prior to programming date for a $10.00 fee.
