Bear Adventure Club Summer Program

Summers at Bear Adventure Club are full of fun and exploration!

Each and every day students will spend time both indoors and outside participating in active play, team building and literacy based activities. Students will also have a wide variety of fun learning activities to choose from. Art, science, and dramatic play are just a few examples of how students will complement their daily schedule as they select from exciting, high interest activities and camps tailored to their personal interests and age.

Registration for current Kindergarten–3rd grade students.
All registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served and space-available basis.
All selected dates must be entered by April 1, 2026, to lock-in daily rate.
Any days submitted after April 1, 2026, will be accepted on a space-available basis.
Contracts will not be accepted if you have an outstanding balance.
After March 31, there will be a $10 contract change fee.

Accounts with a past due balance as of June 6, 2026, will not be able to start the first day of Summer 2026.

Any accounts with a past due balance as of Aug. 21, 2026 will not be able to start the first day of School Year 2026–2027.

The Summer Bear Adventure Day Program is self-supported by user fees. Therefore, all fees must be paid on time. Delinquent accounts are subject to removal from the Summer Bear Adventure Club Program.

Fees may be paid with a check, cash, or a credit card.

Auto-pay option is available.

We are open Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.-5:30 p.m., except for June 19 and July 3, 2026. Last day of program is Aug. 14.

Programs will be open daily from 7 a.m.-5:30 p.m.

*Registration fees are charged at the time of approval and are nonrefundable.

Daily rates are based on the number of scheduled days and average to a certain number of days selected per week.

Important Pick Your Day Information:

To help keep overall daily fees lower, no credits will be provided for dual enrollment in summer learning programs. Half-day options may be available at the time of registration for Camp Summer.

A minimum of five (5) days is required to register for summer programming.
Your Pick Your Day rate is locked in as of March 31, 2026, based on the number of days you have registered for in the system.
All Summer Pick Your Days need to be entered by March 31. Any days added after March 31 until the first day of summer will be added based on space available.
A minimum of five days notice is required to add days.
Any days added after March 31, 2026, will be approved based on space available at the drop-in rate of $72/day.
