Extended Day Summer Program

Effective 5/13/20 we have added additional Summer locations to accommodate smaller group sizes. 

We are open Monday-Friday 6:30 AM- 6:00 PM.

Lakeaires K-5
Oneka 3-6
Otter K-4
Willow K-4

*Locations rotate Summer to Summer dependent upon Summer U locations, Summer Food Program and  District Construction Projects.

No Programming:

• June 8 - 12, 2020
• July 3, 2020
• August 24-Sept. 7, 2020

Enrollment is on a first come, first served basis. No registrations will be accepted from families that have an outstanding balance from the previous years. 

Summer 2020 Registration Information

**Registration Deadline to start the first day of school Summer 2020 has been extended to May 15th, all registration after the deadline will be placed on a waitlist and approved based on space available.

Registration Fee : $40/child

Late Registration Fee: $50/child

*Registration Fees are charged at the time of approval and are non-refundable.  

Summer 2020 Invoicing:

• 6/15/20-6/30/20 on May 29, 2020 and will be due on June 15, 2020.
• 7/1/20-7/31/20 on June 26, 2020 and will be due July 15, 2020.
• 8/1/20-8/21/20 on July 31, 2020 and will be due on August 15, 2020.

*Any accounts with a past due balance as of June 5, 2020 will not be able to start first day of Summer 2020.

**Any accounts with a past due balance as of August 28, 2020 will not be able to start first day of School Year 2020-2021. 

The Summer Extended Day Program is self supported by user fees. Therefore, it is imperative that all fees are paid on time. Delinquent accounts are subject to removal from the Summer Extended Day Program.  

Fees may be paid with check, cash or credit card (VISA or Mastercard).

Auto-pay option is available. 

Consistent Day Contract (Summer)

This contract is for families with a consistent schedule.  Options include full day (6:30 AM- 6:00 PM).  Families are required to choose at least three days throughout the week, and the days/time must stay the same each week. Fees are charged based on enrollment, not on attendance.

Pick Your Days Contract (Summer)

This contract is best suited for families who need frequent care, but different days/time each week. The registration deadlines are listed below.  If days are requested online after these dates, acceptance of these requests is not guaranteed.

If you have a Pick Your Days Contract, deadlines are as follows:

• minimum of 3 days per week (Summer 2020 Only)
• All Summer Pick Your Days need to be entered by May 22, any days added after May 22, will be considered a drop in and are approved based on space available. 

Pick Your Weeks Contract (Summer)

Families with a Pick Your Weeks Contract can register for specific weeks during the Summer.  You must register for a minimum of 2 weeks. Families can choose 4 or 5 days each week, but rate is the same regardless of the number of days of attendance. 

If you have a Pick Your Weeks Contract, deadlines are as follows:

• All Summer Pick Your Weeks need to be entered by April 30, 2020 (extended to May 22, 2020), any weeks added after May 22, will be considered a drop in and are approved based on space available.
