FLEX Summer Program

It's time to FLEX this summer!

Fun Learning Experience is a 5th grade-7th grade summer program designed to promote leadership, teamwork and youth voice through fun activity-based learning experiences.

Students form committees to plan everything from the daily snack to weekly field trips. Throughout the summer students will have the opportunity to participate in activities that promote healthy lifestyles, personal development, growth and success. Athletic tournaments, team building competitions, cooking, service learning opportunities, and field trips fill their summer with fun.

Registration available for current 4th grade-7th grade
All registrations will be accepted on a first come, first-served and space available basis.
All selected dates must be entered by April 1, 2026 to lock-in daily rate.
Any days after April 1, 2026 will be accepted on a space available basis.
Contracts will NOT be accepted if you have a outstanding balance.
After March 31, a $10 contract change fee will be applied.

The Summer FLEX Program is self supported by user fees. Therefore, it is imperative that all fees are paid on time. Delinquent accounts are subject to removal from the Summer FLEX Program.

Past Due Balances:

Any accounts with a past due balance as of June 6, 2026 will not be able to start first day of Summer 2026.

Accounts with a past due balance as of August 21, 2026 will not be able to start first day of School Year 2026-2027.

Payments:

Fees may be paid by check, cash, or credit card. Autopay is recommended to prevent missed payments.

Registration for Summer 2026 opens February 2nd at 11:00 am

Programs will be open daily from 7:00 am - 5:30 pm

*Registration Fees are charged at the time of approval and are non-refundable.

Daily rates based on number of schedule days and average to be a certain number of days selected per week.

Important Pick Your Day Information:

To help keep overall daily fees lower, no credits will be provided for dual enrollment in summer learning programs. Half-day options may be available at the time of registration for Camp Summer.

A minimum of five (5) days is required to register for summer programming.
Your Pick Your Day Rate is locked in as of March 31, 2026 based on the number of days you have registered for in the system.
All Summer Pick Your Days need to be entered by March 31 . Any days added after March 31 until the first day of Summer will be added based on space available.
Minimum of 5 days notice required to add days.
Any days added after March 31, 2026 , will be approved based on space available at the Drop In Rate of $72.00/day.
