Welcome to Middle School Wrestling! We combine athletes from Central and Sunrise Park Middle Schools to create one White Bear Lake team.

Schedule:  2023-2024 Suburban/Classic Conference Wrestling Schedule

Registration:  Opens August 1st

Student/parent meeting is Tuesday, October 18th at 4:15 - 5:00pm. 
Location: Sunrise Cafeteria

Practice: 

  • First day of practice will be Monday, October 24th.
  • All practices will be held at Sunrise Middle School
  • Time is from 4pm-5:15pm (M-F)

Transportation: 

  • Students will take the shuttle bus to Sunrise MS for practice. Activity bus will pick up at 5:30pm if needed.

Costs:

  • Registration Fee: $150
